Students take a break from their normal timetable for the last week of the academic year to explore several enrichment opportunities. Year 12 will have a sample of real-life, gaining work experience in various industries or heading to the Pembrokeshire coast for a Biology residential trip for those studying the subject. Year 10 will also be diving into the world of work with a week of experience and taking part in organisation-led workshops. Year 9 will have a fun-filled week of activities on the Cornish coast in Newquay; Year 8 will be having an adrenaline fuelled week on the Isle of Wight; and Year 7 will have a jam-packed week including trips to the Birmingham Think Tank, Warwick Castle and Geo Challenge, as well as a choice of various opportunities bursting with variety. Students will have options to take part in workshops from first aid to origami, from drama to basketball, from scuba diving to origami. There is something on offer for all interests and personalities.
